Dxdiag not showing nothing in display

Hello
I updated my card drivers and after that I cant run/start any game.
Dxdiag in the display tab shows nothing.
DirectDraw I Direct3D unawailable.
I tried installing older drivers but that doesnt helps.
Tried to Re-seat the card it didnt help.

Not and expert in computer stuff, any idea.

Check/confirm motherboard manual settings for display and then wiring for additional power attached to video card. If not, test video card in another system. If card works in another system, use DDU to remove all video drivers and then try reinstalling.
