e machine crash

Hello everyone, I got on this site because I found great advice on another tech site and was able to repair the problem myself ans save mucho denero.
Also I have a emachine 3months old and was uploading to my website and forgot something, so I hit the stop button. everything frozeup and when I powered down it would not start up. it would get to a point and shutdown.
I have tried a full system restore 3 times and it will get 80% through and give error messages. What could it be?? The geek sqaud has it now running test.
