End Task message when shutdown windows.

Since i moved my Harddrive to a new case and updated my motherboard and such, i will receive End Program Now or End task errors whenever i shut down my computer. I turn off all programs and the only stuff that is running is what is in the taskbar. This did not happen with my old setup but now occurs regularly when i shutdown my computer, any suggestions?
The window asks me to "End Now" and says at the top "End Program - Missing Virus Definitions"

Does it say what process it's ending

Also you can try Startup, to see what actually starts with your computer (that you can disable)

uninstall your AV program, reboot, reinstall
