Enterprise increasingly dropping Blackberry in favour of Windows Phone
UK publication Computerweekly has been talking to some IT folk in business and government in UK and found they are increasingly planning on ditching moribund Blackberry and moving to Windows Phone.
With spec disadvantage of droids nearly diminished, and 8.x update looming (supposedly to cover several aspects and bring it on par), it makes lots of sense to go this route instead of an inconsistent and unsafe mobile OS.
We replaced all but one BBs at work with 920/820s, and without a hitch during the last year or so, without any problems in transition. So I guess many others are looking at it the same way.
