Error Code during backup

I recently upgraded my windows 7 HP laptop Model 2000, 4 GB to Windows 10. While trying to backup my files, the files never successfully completed, and I got this message: "Backup encountered a problem while backing up file." Error (The system cannot find the path specified. (0x80070003).
C:\Windows\System32/config/\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Temp\WPDNSE\(0000021F-0000-00-1F02
It appears that when I do a backup-it will backup the Windows 7 files.
I tried going to Microsoft support, and also other means, with no luck on how to fix. Can you help? Thank you.

Hmm; My Win/7 does not show

C:\Windows\System32/config/\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Temp​

but neither to I use ANY Microsoft backup tools

The upgrade backs up Windows 7 in the unlikely event there's a serious problem and you need to downgrade the OS. If you want to backup your new Windows 10 installation you'll have to find another way
