Error message on start up on Windows XP

Hi, everytime I load up windows I get the error message that this file c:\WINDOWS\sytem32\sgbrquz\smss.exe is not available at the location. I have read through some of the other threads but have found difficulty in transfering this to my problem.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. x x

With regards to your problem, you might want to try a repair install of windows. See here: How to repair Windows XP/2000 if you are unable to boot into Windows
