Recently I decided to install Project: Snowblind on my computer.
Here are my specs:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+ Brisbane 1.9GHz
Biostar TForce 550 SE Motherboard
Corsair Value Select 1GB (512MB x2) Dual Channel RAM
eVGA e-GeForce 7900 GS KO 256MB
Maxtor Diamondmax 200GB PATA-133 HDD
After installing I, of course, set everything to maximum settings considering its not a very demanding game. I had to use a resolution of 1024 x 768 because it doesn't support 1280 x 1024. The high settings also include 16X anisotropic. I began playing and of course got over 100 frames per second. However after about ever 15 to 25 minutes the game kills itself. Windows reports the error. I then turned off anisotropic filtering and simply used trilinear. The difference was extremely unoticable considering the fact that its not a pretty game. Still I wish that I could play this game with maximum settings because of my good computer.
Also I have already looked for patches from eidos. They have not released any! Thanks in advance.
