Error!! With Flash Drive!

I have a Creative Muvo which is a MP3 player flash drive... I loaded files to tranfer from one of my computer to the other. When I plugged it on my Dell it did not work and it gave me an error saying: I/O Device Error Drive not Accessible. Can anyone tell me how to fix this! PLZ
