Event 1003 and minidumps

I have followed all the steps mentioned here and am hoping someone can look at these minidumps and help me troubleshoot this issue. Thanks

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Go HERE and follow the instructions for testing your ram/hard drive/page file.

If that deosn`t help, then maybe doing a Windows repair as per this thread HERE may help.
