Question: Will my psu have enough WATT´s to power the system ? kinda messed up when I decided to use my previous systems PSU

Your PSU IS more than enough for the parts - well within specs for system NOT overclocked. It is likely to be enough for mild overclocking - however, overclocking is more of an art ... and you should approach it with patience and a solid overclockers guide ( https://overclocking.guide/ or similar). Every system is unique. You have to decide what you want to try, to test, to replace - in full understanding that OC shortens life of a system. Maybe you can find a very similar system which is overclocked by an enthusiast who has shared his stats and adjustments. You might try OCing at half what he has achieved to start. Do note "

During our short time with the Ryzen 7 2700X, we found there to not be very much headroom for overclocking." at https://www.pcper.com/reviews/Proce...ew-Zen-Matures/Power-Consumption-Overclocki-0

Thank you for your input , I do know how to overclock ;) currently running 1700@3.925ghz@1.365vcore...

And the PSU is biting the dust atm on stock settings it has a slight ticking noise and when I go ingame it ramps up the ticking and a hizzing noise... so this is being sent back !

If used in prior system, I would suspect fan - I have had several successes with cleaning and lubricating over last 30 years. YouTube has many 'tutorials'.
