Explorer.exe crash and Dr. Watson post mortem debugger error

I've been having a problem with explorer.exe and drwatson32.exe lately. It almost only happens when I click a shortcut on my quick launch toolbar. First explorer.exe crashes and than drwatson32.exe crashes. Then I usually open task manager and terminate drwatson32.exe, and start a new explorer.exe process, to get my task bar again.

I've followed the spyware removal instructions and attached are my combofix and HJT logs. AVG antispyware only found three cookies, which I deleted.
