Faking a Network connection with RJ45 plug

Every time I install a server I have to plug both network cards into a router. I have seen a RJ45 plug that had been wired to fake a network connection, does anybody know the wiring configuration to set this up?

It is a RJ45 loopback plug you want. Google is you friend.

Thanks I've just finished making them, for anybody else who might need to know, just use the first 2 wires, if you first 2 wires are green white, green for example, push them into the first to holes and then they go into where the orange white orange cables would go. So first wire goes into hole 1 and 3 and second wire goes into hole 2 and 6. (looking from the flat or underside of the RJ45 plug)
