Fast speed game play?

Just recently I got the game NBA2K11. For some reason every time I play the game play is very fast compared to game plays posted on Internet websites (e.g. Youtube). I have no idea why and I am not sure why this is happening. Here are my specs:

I run a widows xp home edition 32bit
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor +3600
1024MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 8500GT
DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)
