Few websites do not open even with fast internet speed

I guess the speed has gone down too. Earlier, I was able to watch movie on netflix, now am able to not :(
Although, if I do a speed test, it shows the same speed as before
to be expected when 90% of the world is at home 24/7

I would ditch the AV you have, install, run and Immunize your system using Spybot S&D -- just once

and then install Avast! Free as your AV. Enable Behavior, Web & Mail Shields
I've run this way for years now

@jobeard
- Can you help me understand what we are trying to fix now?
- What is Spybot? And how it will help us?

I hope you understand that Netflix is not the only problem. There are other sites which are not responding too

Sigh: Yes we see your plight. You are somewhere in Eastern Europe and there's lots of excessive controls for users.

Your AV is overly managing your system and you need something under YOUR CONTROL. Spybot S&D is a means to give you control of the BLACKLIST that blocks your system. I've used it for many years effectively and without issues.

Avast! Free will assist in Email and Website links (read up on proactive vs reactive antivirus'). The Spypot fills another need for where NOT to go to protect your system.

Netflix and Social Media sites frequently get managed and we need to find means to stop that.

Netflix has a well stated and well organized troubleshooting tree which was first proposed in Post #97 above. If we learn why Netflix isn't working, it may help with the others.

I have downloaded the Spybot S&D.
The file is .exe file which connects to internet to download the files for installation.
Unfortunately, the download does not happen.
It gives an error and asks to retry.

I think this is same as the other problems.

I think this is same as the other problems. Probably. Solving one may solve all.

It gives an error and asks to retry. What is the error message?

Did you have any success working with Netflix troubleshooting guide?

Did you stop your existing AV first?

get a command prompt and show me your access to the google DNS:

tracert 8.8.8.8

Please find pictures of error while downloading Spybot.

Regarding netflix, I noticed that the problem is not always. Sometimes, like during night times the netflix runs fine. Morning hours, netflix sites open. Movie list comes fine. When I click on movie to play, then the movie does not play.

You've cut off the useful stuff shown below in red
here's my IPCONFIG /ALL reduced to the ethernet adapter:

Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller
Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : xx-xx-xx-xx-xx
DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : Yes
Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.5(Preferred)
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Lease Obtained. . . . . . . . . . : Thursday, April 30, 2020 7:48:02 AM
Lease Expires . . . . . . . . . . : Thursday, April 30, 2020 8:18:01 AM
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1
DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1
NetBIOS over Tcpip. . . . . . . . : Enabled

Wireless LAN adapter Wireless Network Connection:

Media State . . . . . . . . . . . : Media disconnected
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Dell Wireless 1502 802.11b/g/n
Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 64-27-37-6A-04-28
DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : Yes
Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes

Looks like your is configured to the Router like mine :)

The tracert is inconsistent with the config
Your IP address is shown as 192.168.0.101 and the gateway as 192.168.0.1
but the gateway on the tracert is 10.0.0.1

you're not showing what or why you're you've altered the wiring or perhaps providing data from a different system. The second line on the tracert shows you've got some proxy running that is installed. Until the IPCONFG and TRACERT match, there's not much I can do for you.

No sir . I have not altered anything.
I do not understand any of this. I just typed the commands and gave you the screenshot of output

I have done it 1 more time.
Opened cmd >> tracert >> screenshot >> Ipconfig >> screenshot (Screenshot of ipconfig is in 2 pieces)

Exit cmd >> Turned off AV

Opened cmd >> tracert >> screenshot >> Ipconfig >> screenshot (Screenshot of ipconfig is in 2 pieces

I hope this helps. Is the difference due to different version in windows?

But trust me, I am not doing any editing or hiding editing. Am giving the information as it is

My my ... I've never seen ipconfig report a
gateway 192.168.0.1 when
tracert reports 10.0.0.1

These are entirely different routes and just not possible. Let's prove that with
"route print >routes.txt" and attach the routes.txt please

I typed route print at cmd. Please find attached screenshot.

I typed route print >routes.txt at cmd, I got error as access denied. Please refer the same screenshot at below

Perfect ... and classical in that it maps your IPCONFIG.
The tracert does not fit your system at all

Try this; get a command prompt
and cd C:\

now type \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\TRACERT 8.8.8.8 and report the output :)
