Firewall/internet sharing problem

hi, i am new. i have a problem with my firewall/internet sharing, it is always turning off thus cutting me off from the entire network. how do i go about solving this?. please help.

We need more information such as, are you saying the firewall is preventing you from accessing the internet? What firewall are you using?

1. Please give us all your security software you are running/have installed at this moment.

2. You are behind a router, correct?

3. What browser are you using?

4. How long has this issue been going on?

5. Have you scanned for infections?

6. Give us your system specs including OS.
