Font issue

I have been noticing for a while that I get this symbol appearing in Firefox (using v3.5.8) (attached). I loaded the same site in IE and it displays the same symbol as an empty box which suggests it's a font issue on my PC.

Can anyone point me somewhere I can figure this one out? Admittedly it's a minor niggle, but would be nice to find a solution.

No. It seems to me to be a font that's not loaded into windows. I'd wonder how I can find out what it is so I can look for an appropriate font (if that is what it is).

This is the type I have all the time. For me it just means that my 3G dongle was to slow in uploading all the file components ( if I click the link in red it loads a 404 page! or a non functioning button window! ) :suspiciou
