  1. Hello!
We have some people who sometimes forget to logoff after the work is done. So I'm looking for a way of forcing logoff to users after some amount of inactivity. Any GPO avialable or any other way ?

We use AD, Win 2003 Server, Win XP Clients.

    Thanks, Zero7

    Look here.

In the future, for Windows related stuff, Microsoft's site is great for info.

You need to try something like screensaver that forces the user to enter the password after a certain time of inactivity.

if I'm not wrong, one of scriptlogic's products has an inactivity function to force logoff.

Did you mean desktop authority ? We use this solution - great tool for remote operations on desktops for more info.
