FPS bad

Hello!
I have bought a laptop that should be for ''Gaming'' and other stuff
BUT, When I play games (League of legends, Counter Strike Go etc) I have an FPS that reaches 90,
I can only run it smooth at Low or Very low Graphics. I have no idea what to do.

I have seen a youtube video about FPS boosting, it helped me up to 110-120 fps thats quite enough for me, but I would like to know if I could get a even better fps?

Another thought,

Make sure the laptop is plugged in and that the power profile is set to max performance, to avoid throttling the GPU. Below is an image of what you are looking for. Change the plan settings and go to "advanced".
