France makes it illegal for tech firms to require employees attend work emails after 6pm

Yeah, they surrender! Totally! They surrendered just like in the bloodbath of the French Revolution. They totally took the easy way out and surrendered their rights. This is all american stereotyping.
I think if you check your facts a bit more, you'll find that the American Revolution predates the french revolution. This might be interpreted as needing the US to show you how it was done. Then too, we didn't use guillotines, so I guess you're "one up" on us there.

When you come right down to it, "French Revolution", is sort of a misnomer anyway. Wouldn't "French Civil War", have been more appropriate. I mean really, when you overthrow your own king on your own soil, WTF else would you call it?

Meh, I suppose it could go either way, civil war, revolution, it's all the same, once the king's head falls off.

Let's go ask Marat, and see what he thinks...

Regardless of what one thinks of them the French have the right idea. They don't seem to be dropping dead from stress-induced illnesses as those in the States are. Call them lazy or cowards if you want but they've struck a balance between work life and personal life that we should emulate instead of mutilate.
