You know, I bought one of the "dummies" books years ago. They refused to let me have access to the on line material that supported that book, put me on a non-cancelling marketing list and have been bugging me every since. Looks like the only dummy was me! I recommend to anyone and everyone to boycott their products until they act a lot more friendly and live up to their written commitments!
