Frequent BODSs

Hello, lately I've been getting lots of random BSODs caused by different reasons and its quite annoying.
PC specs:
Motherboard: MSI K8N NEO3-F (MS-7135)
CPU: AMD Sempron 3000+
RAM: 1GB DDR2
GPU: nvidia 7300 LE

Looks like a boot drive issue... either going bad or corrupted by freezing or shutting down the computer using the power button until it shut down
