Frequent restarts, heres my problem code and specs

Following the title, i hope it is the right place for this thread..

i get a blue screen when i play a game. Online or offline i still get the blue..before, i use to restart.

on the bluescreen i get this error code:

STOP 0x000000D1 (0xF7F6FE7A, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xF4DA8B03)

nvmcp.sys. AddressF4DA8B03 base F4D4D000, Datestamp 4063CF79

and then..
when restores, i get the error reporting to windows= 2 files in documents and settings, temp folder

WERd6e4.dir00\sysdata.xml

it is always this 2 files from the beginning...

Couple if things to try

Try playing the game with no sound. Turn of sound in the game and also unplug any speakers

Try to disable the nForce Audio Drivers from Dxdiag ...
Start -> Run -> dxdiag -> Sound and Hardware Acceleration -> No acceleration

with this way nForce will emulate sound so nvmcp.sys will virtually not exist

Then see what happens
