I know absolutely bugger all about computers. I recently bought a Dell Dimension 3000. For some unknown reason I was under the impression that it is automatically set up to receive a wireless signal. Is this likely? Whilst under this assumption I bought a D-Link DI-624 Air Plus Xtreme G 2.4GHz Wireless Router. I plugged this into the modem and not a great deal more happens. Am I needing something else to plug into the computer? Is this D-Link thing of any use whatsoever for my purposes? I really have tried reading the manual but it seems mostly written in gibberish. Please phrase any responses as you would to somebody with learning difficulties.
