Games are losing video

So I built a PC, and while playing some games, mainly action games like crysis, saints row 4, bioshock infinite and far cry 3, after about five minutes of game play the screen will stutter, then the audio will keep playing over a black screen. It doesn't happen in other games like Xcom or starcraft, and I really want to fix this issue so any advise is more than welcome.

GTX 760 GPU
Corsiar 850 watt powe
r 2X 4 gig sticks of Coarsiar ram
black caviar western digital hard drive
124 gig samsung SSD

(I don't own any of the games you mentioned.)

for troubleshooting purposes:
1. since this is an NVidia card, try to update driver package to 337.88 (or latest).
do normal installation of NVidia driver pack or clean installation if you want it.
GeForce experience (part of NVidia driver pack) can also download automatically any game profile for supported games.

2. launch one game at a time and select lower resolution, less game details. if the problem disappears, then the game details is set too high that the video card cannot cope up. if the problem is still there, then troubleshooting continues.
