Generic Host process for Win32 services error

hello friends,
I have a broadband connection. From last few days i m getting irritated by generic host process for win32 services error. Whenever i connect to internet, after 10-15 minutes this error comes.....and when i close the error window my internet doesnt works until a restart.
So wats the problem and how to overcome it?
PLZ ANYBODY HELP as soon as possible

thanks for the reply......but i got the error fixed by a security patch from Microsoft's site.
