While local multiplayer sessions are possible, Android multiplayer gaming is for the most part turn-based or done via remote play. Google is looking to change that with some new functionality being added to the Play Games Android gaming framework.

I started writing a bingo android app but if I could only see better I'd implement this. Eclipse, the compiler, doesn't have zoom like the browser.]s. Never looked into what windows has. Depends on the video card. You could already get it on facebook anyway.

You can do this with adobe flash's built in p2p network feature. and it will work on anything AIR can publish to and anything that Flash plugin runs on, not just android.
