My pc is Compaq Presario SG3350IL having power supply 250W plz suggest me graphics card

Get a higher rated power supply first. I wouldn't recommend a dedicated GPU for a system with 300W or less power supply.

Agree with above. I can't find enough information to say any upgrade (including the PSU) would be wise. This is a very old machine and that makes it more likely to fail. Use it as you are and save up for a 'new' one (mine is a Dell Precision 3500 which I bought used for under $250 including a new video card) -like buying an old Rolls and putting on new tires.
