Which VGA device is it for ? It's kinda hard to guess just by the numbers.

I used www.filemirrors.com to find that file on other servers.

These are all SiS's servers and all links worked for me.
Let us know if you can get the file from any of these.

Note the file path has changed from integrated to igp
