The list goes on
Ohh I wish if there was Cricket 07 too
I have just ended up stealing and googling the names of the games which I have not played before. Nice one Mecthz.
Hundreds of games and I can only name few of it. Technology is really on its peak! This games can't worked out without VPN allowing it to be downloaded from the internet and still remain safe.
I'd add on that list ... The Witcher 1, Splinter Cell Chaos Theory and Double Agent. On medium settings, both Splinter Cells work very well.
The first two lords of the realm games would run fine. (Unsure about the third)
I already mentioned Jade Empire. Why hasn't it been added?
Dangerous Dave (if anyone remember it) is also a great game to play without any hardware issue. My passion to play Dave was endless.
Maybe the OP doesn't feel obligated to keep updating a thread he started nine years ago.
I just came here to see if they put minecraft on the list LMAO
Immortal Cities - Children of the Nile
Rising world. Its a steam ea game in development. Great little game for building. The developers are doing it right by fixing bugs as they come up instead of allowing them to compound like Studio Wildcard has done with Ark.
Only the first STALKER game is listed, but Clear Sky and Call of Prypiat are just as good and have pretty much the same requirements.
Also, I think the games should be grouped by year of release. I don't think it's particularly useful or interesting to know a great game has "low" requirements when you know it came out some 15 years ago, compared to one that was released in 2013, like a certain game (though, it's early access) that I would recommend for this list if it wasn't for the recent direction the devs took with it.
"Tomb Raider (all, upto TR: Anniversary)"
Tomb Raider 1 was based on MS-DOS and made for Win95, so probably not 32 bits. Better forget that very old one.
So, Tomb Raider 2, upto TR: Anniversary
A lot of amazing games on this list and just reading the names brought back memories. Some I still play! I was able to run Q3 from my QNAP NAS! Which I still have my original baseQ3 directory from my first install back in 2001. Somewhere around 45000 frags. You can copy the directory to any machine capable of running it, no need to install. Thanks for posting this list! I'm sure I have most of the CDs for these in my attic.
Glad to see Titan Quest make this list..STILL probably the best Diablo clone ever made. We came pretty close to getting a sequel too, but Iron Lore was a casualty of publisher shenanigans and piracy. At least some of that team ended up doing Grim Dawn. Total Annihilation is also without equal in many ways - now there's a game that really deserves a proper follow-up.
Delta Force <3
But there's no FIFA,
Been wanting to download Worms 2 online, but haven't had any luck. Maybe because people already consider this as a vintage game.
Warzone 2100 a command & conquer type game and free.
I still own Age of Empires II and now own the Steam version of it. Such a good game.
Has anyone yet mentioned Blake Stone? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blake_Stone:_Aliens_of_Gold
There is also Wolfenstein 3D - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wolfenstein_3D
Buy Witcher 3 and Battlefield 1 and set it to Ultra.
The Long Dark , Love this game
