HELP, computer keeps locking up 0x40000080

Hello folks,

I am new to the site and compared to most of you prolly a noob when it comes to computer stuff. My pc has been locking up and its driving me insane as I keep on loosing work....

It keeps on dumping physical memory with the following message:
0x4000008 (0x8995ADO, 0x892B2E68, 0x805567E8, 0x00000001)

I have attached a copy of the latest Minidump for reference.

Any insight information and solution suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Rick,
the minidump points to Rtenicxp.sys as the problem. This translates to a RealTek Network Interface Card driver. Do you have a RealTeck NIC installed? If so, either try updating the driver or install another card

So far so good, the computer used to crash 3-5 times a day- so far it hasn't crashed once.

Simple fixes are somtimes the best. I'm glad we've made progress on this issue
