Hello,
I recently built a new computer and this is my first time building one so i am not sure what do to debug. My computer will freeze up during start up and randomly shut down on the times it does boot up. I get these error codes and attached are my dump files. Help!

BCCode: f4
BCP1: 00000003
BCP2: 86F32D40
BCP3: 86F32EAC
BCP4: 82E377B0

I tried to upload my dump files but it says that i don't have the authority

I just gave this advice in another thread
I suggest you post this in the forum for motherboard issues. Over there they will closely look at the specs for your build - even getting down to brand and specs for the RAM and PSU. Including the motherboard in the topic title may help focus attention. I sometimes takes a knack to locate updated drivers for the correct version of the mobo.

In this BSOD forum, purists can devour the minidumps (conversion to text format is helpful). Others work with errors appearing in the events logs.

Here is discussion about a bluescreen utility

At times the method for attaching files finds something objectionable - from this side it is usually impossible to duplicate. Every file type has size limits. Other file types are not supported.
