Help needed to remove Infostealer.Gampass
Hi, my laptop is infected with Infostealer.Gampass recent. I've done the Norton full scan but can not get rid of the virus completely. The real time protection pops come up every a few minutes and have the message "Action taken: Clean failed : Quarantine succeeded : Access denied."
I have followed the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions and completed step 1~15. But the Infostealer.Gampass still seems to be there. Please help!
