Hello, please could someone help me. I have a problem with a piece of adware that i can't get rid of. I am using webroot spy sweeper with anti virus and every time i run the sweep, it always comes up with this piece of adware called cws_easy-search.biz hijacker and it is a real pain. I recently have learnt how to turn my task manager back on from this site as it some how became disabled, maybe from the adware? When I used the task manager for the first time, it came up with something that I did not recognise, 'webbrowser3', is that normal or something nasty? The adware is always found in registry and the spy sweeper also finds 10 traces. Please could someone help, but please bear in mind to explain everything step by step as I'm new to this. Thanks alot
Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
