Help! spyware threat

I have no idea how to remove this virus I've tired many different removal tools

Can anyone help and give me step by step directions. I don't understand computer stuff.

I keep getting:

a windows security alert saying Warning! Pot entail Spyware Operation
pop ups
my back ground is black and saying warning spyware detected on your pc
my control panel is missing
i can't change my registry keys

even when i go into safe mode under admin it will not let me do anything

PLEASE HELP i am at a loss

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as Attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the Panda Antirootkit scan.
