help!! win 2000 Stop 0x00000024 or NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM

Hi, I'm new to the forum. I found this forum by desperately searching on how to fix Stop 0x00000024 or NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM on windows 2000. I dont know much about fixing computers. Can somebody help me out? I've read the other related thread about this but I don't have a floppy drive so I cannot use the bootdisk. If somebody can help, I'll appreciate it (I cannot lose any of my files )

Well you can make a bootable CD just the same way. Take a look here and see if that doesn't help you out.

Thanks! I'd like to try the bootable CD excep I do not have a CD burner on this computer . I tried following the sticky thread by reinstalling windows but while the windows Cd was checking for files, the blue screen popped back up again. Any other tips?
