Help with BSOD

Hi there!

I've been running Win7 64 bits for 6 months without problems on the same machine. However, yesterday I got my first BSOD (hadn't seen one of those in a long time!).

I have my minidump file and was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. Ran speedfan and everything seems OK. No recent hardware changes on the system.

Any ideas?

Your error is 0xFC and the file only cited an OS driver which isn't much help.
