Help with Control Panel Language!

I just noticed that my control panel was in French, and my computer language is set to English. I cannot figure this out. I have one language set (I don't even know French). I have never set another language either. Any help would be appreciated :suspiciou !

check the regional and language settings, if not done so already

I already did that, I'll run Ad-Aware SE right now and repost.

EDIT:
Everything else in my computer is in English as well.
