Help with HJL and something called update.exe

Hi, I'm not exactly sure what happend but when I turned on the computer today it was literally filled with spyware and everything else, I used spybot S&D to remove most of them but I had 3 .exe's in my processes, I used SmitfraudFix to remove the first two but the last one called update.exe just doesn't wanna go away.

I looked everywhere for possible removal of it but apperently the file update.exe could be one of many different sorts of worms/trojans/malware so its kinda out of my leauge this one. I was hoping someone could help me remove it, I'd much appriciate it.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
