Help with "Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions"

Hi, I'm new and I hope someone can help. I'm following Julio's instructions for: "Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions"

step six log is attached (hopefully if I did it right) is the "SuperAntiSpyware Scan Log" as instructed.

On to Step 7, I d'loaded Spybot S&D, however, I accidentally enabled the Teatimer protection...Do I need to disable it, if so; how?

I will proceed with other steps and post other logs here.

Also can someone tell me what "posting a poll option" is? Thank you, I'm new to this.

I'm now on step 8. Question: the link for the Ad-Aware download doesn't seem to work. Is there a place I can d'load Ad-aware for free or should I pay $26.95 to buy it from Lavasoft's site?

Attached here are the 3 log files:Combofix, SuperAntiSpyware and HJT.
What now? Is someone going to help me out and tell me what I do next?
