HijackThis log as part of constant rebooting battle

Hi I have a thread running in the OS forum, but I thought I would put this thread up in case I missed something with my spyware and AV sweeps. Any help would be appreciated. I am working through the "shotgun" fixes as fast as I can, but nothing has worked so far.

go HERE. It is important that you follow all the instructions. move hijack this to its own folder in documents or programme files, in addition to this you need to change hjt name, eg, hjt analyser 1991. on completion of instructions post a new hjt and avg log.
