Host controllers

my computer is complaining that some host controllers are disables how do i go about checking which ones have been disabled and if they could be causing a problem for me

i ran sandra to check my computer because it was freezing and it said that there were host controllers disabled and i thought it may be causing the problem i am using windows xp professional version 2002

We need to know your system specs including make and model of mobo (motherboard).

Have you installed all the drivers for your mobo form the manufacturers website?

i only used the installation cd that came with the motherboard and then all other devices i installed i used the installation cd that came with them

In that case go to the asus website and download and install everything the have for your mobo and see if that helps.
