I would suggest that you can improve by giving a warning to any poster before banning them. I would suggest that instead of deleting someones entire post, if there is a part of it, which you deem to have crossed the line, that you edit out that part and sent the poster a warning, instead of deleting the entire post. That is my humble opinion to your question.
