How do I keep IE 8 expanded to fit my screen?

IE 8 starts in a vary small screen with about 1/4 across my monitor's screen every time I click on a
hyperlink & I have to click up on the top right to always expand it.

How Do I set it up to keep it at the normal size to fit my screen
with to keep from manually having to click to resize it.

right click on IE8 icon on the desktop select properties on the shortcut tab select normal window on the drop down list.
