How to install front access music panel

I am building a barebones kit for the first time and so will appreciate your patience. The leads from the music panel (headphones & mike) have identification that doesn't correspond to the motherboard manual.

See (music) connector CN24 on page 23 (of 42).

Here are the markings on the leads from the front music panel:

pink mic in
yellow mic bias
blk grnd
whi spkout L
grn spkout R
blue return L
grey return R

I can see no relationship between the manual and the lead markings.
Can anyone assist me as to which should go where? TIA

looks like pink to 1(mic), black to 2(agnd), yellow to 5(avdd5), white to 9(frontl), green to 5(frontr), blue to 10(l), and grey to 6(r). 3(x) is not used. I think that should do it.

Hopefully it will. How to do it sounds clear, but what is actually happening not at all. Will let you know how I get on.
