How to ping other computers using the same wireless connection

hi! three computers were using one wireless internet connection which is netgear, what will i do to have an access with the other computers because we are about to share files, and so it would be easy for us to access each files everytime we need it.
i tried going to command prompt and put the ip address with http but it's not working.can you help me?

so the network is

wireless router --- two or more systems

the router has it's own address (it will show up as the gateway address when you run ipconfig /all on any attached system).

each client will have its own ip-address (also seen by ipconfig).

Start with; Can all system use the browser and access www.google.com?
If so, the tcp and wireless systems are all correct -- your issue is How do I enable Print/File sharing?
