HP Pavillion PC, Froze solid whilst trying to Install Broadband

  1. Whilst trying to install broadband from supplyers disc, the PC 'froze' and displayed 'Unmountable_Boot_volum'..Now cannot reboot the PC, nor can I get it into 'safe mode'... Can anyone suggest how I can get the PC to boot please?

    If u run the install cd, choose recovery console then type "fix mbr" that may fix the problem, if not, u may have to reinstall from scratch.
