This is my problem and i can't resolve it because i don't know how to enable CMD. I'm Administrator of my PC so i don't know what's the problem. Can you tell me how to enable it? i was trying from control panel/User accounts or Acessibility options but i can't find it. I hope you can help me please. Thank you.

Is your XP computer free from Virus or other malware? Is it fully updated to Service Pack 3?

try running command.com which is much closer to the Dos command prompt familiar from Win98 and earlier. Just type command.com in run. If this is a good solution for you, you can change the entire system to run command.com instead of cmd.exe. It is in System properties / Advanced / Environment variables. Edit the line ComSpec to say e.g. 'C:\Windows\system32\command.com' (without the ' of course)
