hi, i've read the thread 'Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions' and followed most of the steps; however, a few of them my computer either didnt take to them or they just stalled out. anyway, i am not sure why my computer is still acting up. any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you for your time and consideration.
