I want help in adding an extra RAM to my dell N5521

I want to add Kingston 8GB 1600MHz PC3L-KVR16LS118 to it, the motherboard support MAX of 16GB RAM. I attached the more info regarding laptop in PDF.
I know that my laptop has 2 ddr3 RAM slots and I have one 4GB Ram info is below

What do you want to exactly ask? If you want to add 8GB RAM then it is possible, as one slot is free and the laptop supports 16GB RAM capacity too.
 
Not certain. If it is constructed and configured exactly as the known compatible memory then it should work. It would have to be recognized by the BIOS in your computer and fit parameters established there. This includes - timing, electrical properties, organization (256megx16 is not the same as 512megx8; single-sided is not double-sided). It would be nice if Dell would tell us, but this is hard to find as they want you to buy memory from them. So the best is usually to buy a 'guaranteed compatible' from a major memory vendor. The stick you listed is not mentioned by Kingston as compatible.
