iexplore error

It has been three weeks I have been dealing with this problem. I have bought the Defender Pro AV program and updated it. Computer is running slow also (harddrive is always reading). I have a new problem with the control panel. In normal boot, whenever control panel is brought up it freezes my computer. If i boot in safe, it will not allow me to bring up add/remove programs. The iexplore.exe error comes up about every ten seconds or so. I can't download programs to help fix this problem. Will someone please help me through this. THANK YOU

unfortunately you do have quite a number of problems with worms and trojans and downloaders etc but your hijack version is out of date. please visit this link : https://www.techspot.com/community/...lware-removal-preliminary-instructions.58138/ and follow the instructions there. when you post all the required logs please do so as an attachments and not a copy/paste as you have done here. pasted logs are often removed and not inspected
